August 2010 / Day 2 Vineyard Tour
After a short night we took a tour of the surrounding vineyards and villages driving on top of a cart pulled by a tractor and driven by Armin, a hardworking and good-humoured farmer here in the village.
He drove us safely and carefully through all the best view points in this lovely Rheinhessen area that we call home, while we enjoyed the views drinking wine and smoking good cigars.
We stopped for a hearty lunch atop a hill overlooking the great local panorama before continuing on our trek.
A fun half day that was enjoyed by all - except for the guy who jumped into a thorn bush in order to pee just to take home plenty of scratches and a good scare.
