Dave visiting the village & Portmann Cigars

Dave was back in Europe and he stayed a day in the village, saying hello to Andreas at the pharmacy, watching soccer at my local Irish pub and enjoying Schnitzel's at Café Fritz and cigars with me.
From here he flew up north, returned to central Germany to stay at a famous castle - see :
then went south to Zürich and finally made it to Kreuzlingen and Portmann Cigars.
That store sure impressed him a lot - he has vowed to return to Portmann.
Having endured some snow here, he was seriously challenged trying to return to Washington DC as that airport (and region) was shut down due to some equally powerful snow storms.
Here are some impressions of his stay in the village and of his visit to the Portmann store.
